Recently I’ve worked in various areas including web, print and motion design and graphics for broadcast television.
Working for RTÉ and CBC, Ireland and Canada's national broadcasters, I've worked with producers developing concepts from idea through to production. I worked on over 30 television programmes across current affairs, sports, news, children’s programming and one-off documentary projects. I also worked on presentations for major sports events and broadcast advertisements for a range of national brands. Most recently I worked on CBC's social media output on Snapchat and Instagram developing new ways to broadcast stories within those constraints.
I love to work on web projects and co-founded the award winning HeadStuff.org with writer Alan Bennett with an aim to bring high quality, long-form writing about cultural and scientific happenings to an audience who are tired of clicking and want to spend a few minutes learning something new. We recently launched the HeadStuff Podcast Network with the aim of giving Ireland's podcasting community a platform and the means to start telling and producing great stories. This project is growing every day and we are always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
As well as web and motion I have experience in product photography and social media management.
